Get in the bus, son...
This story is about a dialogue I once had with a stranger. A true american farmer.
This is a simple story.
- "Are you new in town, boy?" (the word "boy" being said in the South Carolina farmer style, where they roll their tongue as if they were doing gymnastics)
- Yes siir', and I'm just looking for the place to get a buuuuzzzz...
-Well son, the only place I know around here is by the old cemetery... it's called Radio Bar, but us fellows here call it the dungeons. They say it's the place where the young people go, but I ain't seen it. They say President Johnson was there once, but I ain't seen him. Just get in the bus, son! I must get goin'. May mighty God bless you, booooy!
